you guys know what time it is... it's White Day, the day that you give back for the chocolate you received last month on Valentine's Day! (traditionally it's guys giving back to girls, but we don't worry about that sort of thing here c:) get all your best cookies, cakes, marshmallows and - if you're feeling traditional - white-colored accessories ready to go!

this is a free-for-all honestly, I was gonna make prompts and blanked out, so go wild instead! don't forget to list your prefs if you have any, tag your nsfw, be excellent to each other, etc. for extra funsies and/or if you need some inspiration, you can have ~Magic Chocolates~ from a really old White Day meme on bakerstreet:

1. Coconut: will cause you to do anything for attention from the first person you talk to.
2. Vanilla: initiates a traditional "I'm suddenly in love with you" scenario.
3. Truffle: causes physical attraction only. Feelings of lust.
4. Maple Nut: makes you want to stalk someone.
5. Raspberry: has you crushin' hard on a person, but you keep it a secret as much as you can!
6. Caramel: has you decide to ask someone out on a casual date. No immense feelings.
7. Mint: causes you to decide a person is your BEST FRIEND EVER. To what degree is up to you.
8. Lemon: causes HATEFUL feelings.
9. Chocolate Creme: inspires you to kiss the first person you see.
10. Too much of a good thing: you end up eating two chocolates. Roll twice to determine which two you eat. If you get #10 again, add a third chocolate, a fourth, etc. Two of the same chocolate doubles the intensity.

[ Oh, he doesn't like White Day. While he's happy to accept chocolate (or discarded chocolate) from others, he knows that he'll absolutely be cursed if he doesn't reciprocate the next month.

Still, he was extremely happy that Rika gave him chocolate. As someone who frequents shrines all too often, he'd run into Rika enough to at least, be able to consider her a friend.

...Which. Meant, he'd have to give chocolates back.

And so here Rinne is! He's holding out a bag of chocolates, quivering just a bit. Don't mind him. ]

--This is for you, Rika. Thank you for the chocolates last month. [ ~~Granny~~ Onee-chan provided them, so they should be pretty good. No shenanigans here! He even found a good deal on some of the ingredients-- which were still, mostly, out of his cost comfort zone. ]

It was of no issue, really. I really appreciate that you returned the favor, Rinne.

[She basically sparkles as she takes the bag of chocolates, and while she notes his quivering, she certainly doesn't say anything of it.]

Is it okay if I try them now?

Just give me a moment to prepare myself...

[ Which he does by taking a deep breath.

Remember, Rinne. You're doing this out of the goodness of your heart. It's gratitude... ]

Okay. Go right ahead.

Alright, then...

[She takes one of the chocolates and pops it into her mouth and once that's said and done with, chewing, swallowing--]

Do you want to go out somewhere? [Just casually asks that.]

[ A pause.

And then, Rinne laughs! A cheerful, not at all painful laugh. ]

No no, there's no need for that! I didn't do this expecting anything in return.

[Of all things, Touma did not expect to receive chocolates from Rika of all people. The queen of the school? A girl who looks who were almost otherworldly? Well, he assumes that it was just out of friendly obligation chocolates and tries not to read too much into it.

He won't lie that it made his heart skip a few beats, though. At the very least, he figured that he should also return the favor on White Day. The chocolate that he purchased was said to be so "magical that everyone's dreams come true"! With the box in hand, he decides to go look for her since the day was almost over at school.]

Hmm... She might be finishing up her club, so I might have a chance to give her something there. Then again...

[She might be hanging out with her high class posse. Those girls definitely knew how to play a solid defense tape around Rika.]

[While Rika hadn't joined any proper clubs, she did hang out with some of the other friends in her class, having been popular enough to earn their trust. When she sees Touma, she smiles and excuses herself from the gaggle of girls.]

Good tidings to you, Touma-san. You don't usually stay this late.

Ah, uh...

[Touma couldn't help and gawk at how masterfully Rika had handled that. This certainly made things easier. Though now it truly felt like the hard part have arrived... A flag was definitely raised here.]

N-Normally, I don't... But today's an exception. I've got a little something for you if you don't mind my humble offering.

[Reaching out into his bag, he pulls out a box of chocolates. He assumes that she's received plenty, so this had to be her last one.]

Happy White Day, Furude. I'm a little late to the party, but I didn't forget what you gave me for Valentine's Day.

I don't mind. I'm glad that you remembered.

[Yeah, she definitely got a lot, but that doesn't mean much to her.]

[He'll be handing her the box as he hums thoughtfully.]

Not sure what kinds of flavors you've tried today, but this one was mentioned to be a mixture of Chocolate Creme and Coconut. I might wanna take a note on what you think of the taste for my own cooking references.

[Granted, Touma hasn't tried making his own chocolate before... But he was always open about making new things in the kitchen.]

I actually hadn't tried any of the others' chocolates yet. I was going to share some with Satoko once I got home, actually.

[There's something rather naive about that statement, but also strangely cruel in a way, too. Even if it's unintentional.]

Don't you think you're being a bit inconsiderate here, princess? Some people actually put effort into getting and making those chocolates for you, you know.

[While some of those chocolates had to be store bought, Touma also wanted take their feelings into consideration too. It wasn't so much about the chocolate themselves, but the emotions of passing it on.]

Just brushing it off and throwing 'em over at Houjou wouldn't sit right with people. It's like tossing birthday gifts over to your pet dog or something.

[Not that he labeled Satoko as "Rika's pet" in his mind, but with the way that Rika said it... He couldn't help and wonder if that was the vibe of their relationship sometimes.]

I couldn't possibly eat all the chocolate on my own. It'd be better to share it with a friend than to leave it to waste, don't you think? I'd be trampling on their feelings even more in that case.

Well, when you put it like that... [It's not like anyone was looking at them.] Why don't I help you out with eating some? We can share a few chocolates together before you head back home.

...?

[She blinks at him owlishly, looking slightly surprised.]

You'd be okay with that?

Sure! The last thing I'd want is both you and Houjou to be getting stomachaches because you ate too much chocolate.

[And he was a bit hungry too after a long day of lessons. He flashes her a confident and boyish grin.]

I might be a mere commoner here, but I think I can sit down and have a equal conversation with the queen of the halls herself.

You really don't need to call me that...

[Rika laughs a little awkwardly, trying to be humble.]

You know... It's pretty impressive that you don't let all of the attention go to your head.

[Humming lightly, he decides to look around for a good spot where they could settle down. They could go to the cafeteria or a classroom... But Touma felt that it would've been better to pull away somewhere where Rika wouldn't be potentially hounded.]

Wanna eat out in the school yard? I usually like to eat underneath this nice and tall tree I found. It's also a pretty quiet spot where I can clear my head for a bit.

I'm just simply used to it, is all.

[After all, she was revered back home, so this is nothing new to her, really.]

That would be excellent, actually. I always do enjoy finding new things, especially secret spots.

Is that right? You never pegged me as the adventurous type.

[He couldn't help and feel a little excited about all of this. Rika would be the first person that he introduced this place to. Once they step into the school yard, Touma takes Rika down a different path that appears to be a little out of the way.

As he guides her along through some bushes... The area is revealed to be a open space that was perfect for having a picnic at. And the tree was overhead of them too... The branches had provided lots of shade for anyone to relax under.]

Here we are! It feels phenomenal once the breeze hits. And not gonna lie... I've taken a few naps here during lunch break too.

Heehee. Contrary to popular belief, I really actually wish to travel around the world, see the sights.

[After all, she was stuck in a single village for a hundred years. She deserves this much, doesn't she?]

Oooh... this really is a nice place to do a lot of things.

Is that right? Believe it or not... Ol' Kamijou-san here has already been to quite a few places. Russia, London, Italy... You name it!

[Moving to sit down underneath the tree and places his bag down, Touma pats the open spot next to him if Rika chooses to sit there.]

If you want... Maybe we can go somewhere out of the country one day. I do have some friends who could probably pull some strings to make sure that we're well taken care of.

Really?

[Rika's eyes light up in excitement, bright and excited.]

And I would really want to! I'd want to bring Satoko with me as well to see the sights, too.

Houjou can definitely come if she's up for it. I'd say the more the merrier when it comes to trips like this.

[If it made Rika happy, then Touma was fine if she wanted to invite more friends. Maybe Satoko could use a trip away from home, too.]

Hawaii would be a nice place for us to visit too. If it's summertime, then we oughta bring out swimsuits.
